How Custom Orders Work

Send us your inspiration image, product link, preferred finish, required size, ceiling height, and installation location.

2. Review & Recommendation
Our team will review your request and recommend suitable customization options based on your space, style, and project needs.

3. Confirm Details
Once the size, finish, quantity, and design details are confirmed, we will provide the estimated production time and order information.

4. Production & Delivery
Your custom lighting piece will be carefully prepared, inspected, securely packaged, and shipped with tracking information.

Have a Custom Lighting Design in Mind?

1. Design Reference
An image, sketch, or design drawing of the chandelier or lighting fixture you would like to customize.

2. Preferred Finish
The specific finish or base color you want, such as Lacquered Burnished Brass, Bronze, Black, Nickel, or other available options.

3. Required Size
The width, depth, and height you need for your space. For example: 40"L × 5"W × 1"H.

Can I customize a lighting fixture from your website?

Yes. Selected lighting fixtures can be customized in size, finish, hanging length, or other available details. You can share the product link with us, and our team will review the customization options.

Can I send an inspiration image or design drawing?

Yes. If you have a specific chandelier or lighting design in mind, you can send us an image, sketch, or design drawing. Gildlamps will review your request and help confirm what can be customized.

How long does a custom order take?

Custom orders usually require 3–5 business days for confirmation and specification approval, followed by 7–25 business days for production depending on the design, size, finish, and complexity. Shipping time begins after production is completed.

Will the estimated timeline be confirmed before payment?


Yes. We will confirm the estimated customization timeline, production details, and order information before payment.

Can I change or cancel my custom order after payment?

Changes or cancellations may only be possible before production begins. Once the custom order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be accepted.

Do you support trade or project orders?

Yes. Gildlamps provides custom lighting support, product recommendations, and project pricing assistance for designers, builders, contractors, and business buyers.
