Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully authorized.
Processing times vary depending on the product type:

Ready-to-ship items: 3–7 business days

Standard lighting fixtures: approximately 5–7 business days

Handmade, oversized, made-to-order, or customized items: approximately 7–14 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping may be available for selected products at a flat rate of $200.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

After review, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, replacement parts, store credit, or a refund where applicable.
